2 x Baby Cribs (Graco fold out play pen/crib). 3 x double futon mattresses and one single mattress that can be put on floor to increase sleeping to 46 people.Linen,duvets,pillows etc supplied. Beds made ready for required number of guests.2 of the bunk beds in the basement are in an alcove with a privacy curtain making a 9th bedroom/private sleeping area.
